Unicorn Fire studios – Miamis best Podcast Studio and Shoot space rental. Founded by Lucy (LucyPrint) and Michael Landsberg, Unicorn Fire Studios is a Media Community based co-working space built for motion picture, Multimedia, Audio and Music creators. We are headquartered in the Coconut Grove area in a 3600sq.ft. of studios, screening / meeting and event space. In addition, we have production office / post-production suites and a new state of the art Podcast Studio for hourly-to-weekly rentals. UFS caters to professionals looking for a great location with tons of parking and gear available in house. The building has 13 off-street, gated parking spaces, and plenty of metered street parking.
Get Started
The sound treated photo studio includes a 2 wall seamless cyc done by prop masters, One Green Wall and a large bank of windows. We also have great set flats in house from stainless steel to real reclaimed pallet backdrops. Large lobby for clients and castings, production offices available.

A 1200 Sq ft Flexible production space with 2 wall 16 x 16′ CYC wall.

Unicorn Radio is a fully loaded 4 position (6 on request) for recording Podcasts. We are set up for both local split track recording and/or livestream.

2019 Awards
The 2019 Campaign, Unicorn Fire produced for the Cleo Institute won two 2019 TELLY AWARDS in the categories of “Public Service Announcement” as well as “Online Commercial”. The Campaign was donated many billboards and received press coverage from the BBC,NBC6 and was shared hundreds of thousands of times.
